Privacy Policy

Forexperts AI Inc., operator of FxGLOBALIST ("we", "us", "our"), respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we store it, and the rights you have over your data.
1.Data We Collect
We collect only what we need to run the Service:
- Account data — email address, display name, hashed password (we never see your raw password).
- Subscription data — tier, selected instruments, subscription status, locked launch price, discount expiry date.
- Session data — IP address, browser/device type, timestamps of login and activity. Used to enforce the two-concurrent-session limit and to detect credential sharing.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We store only a customer reference, never your card number.
- Usage data — pages viewed, dashboard refreshes, signal interactions, for product improvement.
2.How We Use Your Data
- To deliver the Service (signals, dashboard, account features).
- To process payments via Stripe.
- To send transactional emails (welcome, signal release, payment receipts, security alerts) via our email provider.
- To enforce these Terms — including detecting and revoking shared logins.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the authenticated portion of the Service.
3.Where Data Lives
Your data is stored on managed infrastructure (database + application servers). Backups are encrypted at rest. Network traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Card details are stored only with our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor (Stripe) — never on our own infrastructure.
4.Cookies & Local Storage
We use one essential session token stored in your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use privacy-preserving analytics (server-side aggregations only).
5.Sharing With Third Parties
We share data only with the small set of vendors required to run the Service:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Email provider — transactional emails.
- Hosting — application servers, database.
Each vendor is contractually bound to handle your data only for the purpose of providing their service to us. We may disclose data when required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights.
6.Data Retention
We retain account and billing data for as long as your subscription is active and for up to 7 years after cancellation, as required by tax and accounting rules. Session records are pruned within 30 days of being closed. You may request earlier deletion (see Your Rights).
7.Your Rights
Subject to the laws of your jurisdiction (GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, and similar), you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate data.
- Request deletion ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal-retention rules.
- Export your data in a portable format.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

8.Security
We use industry-standard security controls: bcrypt-hashed passwords, JWT-based session tokens, two-concurrent-session enforcement, encrypted backups, and regular dependency updates. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong unique password and notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
9.Children
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has signed up, contact us and we will delete the account.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect.
