Refund Policy — No Refunds

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is mandated by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.

Trading signals are digital content delivered immediately upon publication. By subscribing, you provide your express consent for FxGLOBALIST to begin delivery of the digital content immediately and acknowledge that this waives any statutory right of withdrawal (including Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and equivalent rules in other regions covering instantly-supplied digital content).

Cancellation via your Account page stops all future billing immediately. No refund or pro-ration is issued for the unused portion of the current paid term. Subscription downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.

• ›Login & access issues. Forgotten passwords, two-device lockouts, suspected unauthorized access — replied within hours.
• ›Billing questions. Charge disputes, invoice requests, VAT/tax documentation, payment-method updates.
• ›Subscription changes. Tier upgrades, downgrades, instrument-list edits, cancellation requests.
• ›Signal delivery problems. Missing emails, broken dashboard, weekly broadcast not received.
• ›Account data & privacy. Data export, deletion under GDPR/CCPA, marketing-opt-out requests.

What we will not do

• ›We do not place trades on your behalf. FxGLOBALIST is not a broker. You must execute trades through your own broker account.
• ›We do not guarantee returns. Past signal performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves substantial risk of loss.
• ›We do not share subscriptions. Each account is for a single individual — maximum 2 concurrent devices. Sharing logins is grounds for termination without refund.
